Start with feet together, sword on the left side sheathed.

1. Take a step back with the right foot//Draw sword with the right hand//Step forward vertical head strike with kiai//High block (arms uncrossed right foot forward)

2. Step forward diagonal cut from high left to low right//High block (arms crossed left foot forward)

3. Step forward diagonal cut from high right to low left//Side block (left side block right foot forward)

4. Step forward horizontal cut from left middle to right middle//Side block (right side block left foot forward)

5. Step forward horizontal cut from right middle to left middle//Side block (left side block right foot forward)

6. Step forward diagonal cut from low left to high right//Side block (right side block left foot forward)

7. Step forward diagonal cut from low right to high left//Side block (left side block right foot forward)

8. Step forward place sword in "opponents" groin//About face leaving the sword so it is behind you over your shoulder//Drag sword forward vertically with kiai (right foot forward)

9. Small step forward with feet in line//Let go of sword with left hand and about face on the balls of feet//Swing at neck level step back (left foot forward)

10. Step forward flair cut to "clean the blade" (right foot forward)

11. Sheath sword while bringing feet together
